  • Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

  • Trial Period: We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers. After the trial period, you will be charged unless the subscription is canceled.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any paid subscription fees.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our software offerings at any time without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content, including but not limited to logos, software, text, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Wireless Manager and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of our software or content without express written consent.

Wireless Manager reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if we suspect illegal activity, misuse of the software, or violation of these terms. We may also cancel accounts to prevent exposure to legal risks.

You agree to indemnify and hold Wireless Manager harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the software or violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wireless Manager be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the subscription.
